What is MetaMask Rewards?
MetaMask Rewards is MetaMask's official loyalty program. Earn rewards through your favorite trading activities, and see what other benefits are available to you as a MetaMask user.
MetaMask Rewards primarily runs through campaigns. Campaigns are typically unique, one-time reward incentives that run for a set amount of time. Campaigns can differ in length, timing, rewards, geographical eligibility, rules, and more (please refer to the specific campaign terms). To see what campaigns are running at any given time, check out the 'Rewards' tab in MetaMask Mobile. Click on a campaign to learn more.
You can also see a list of your eligible 'Benefits' in the 'Rewards' tab. These benefits—powered by theMiracle—are exclusive, one-time offers for eligible MetaMask users. Unlike campaigns, you don't need to "earn" a benefit; if you see the benefit, you can already claim it.
Finally, the 'Earn rewards' tab shows ongoing rewards and incentives for MetaMask users, such as MetaMask Card money back.
How to participate
To participate in MetaMask Rewards, head to MetaMask Mobile and open 'Rewards'.
If it's your first time, you'll need to opt-in to the MetaMask Rewards program by clicking 'Join Rewards'. Opting-in means you agree to the general terms and conditions.
You will need to opt-in to the MetaMask Rewards program, and then opt-in to individual campaigns. MetaMask Rewards provides the general terms of use, while individual campaigns may have specific rules.
Once you've joined, you'll see three distinct sections:
- Campaigns
- Earn rewards
- Benefits
To make the most of your experience, we recommend connecting multiple accounts to combine progress. To do this, click on the settings wheel in the top right corner.
You will also find your referral code in the top right corner, which can be shared with others to earn bonuses in campaigns. The bonus you receive from referrals varies by campaign. You can find details for each campaign on the dedicated page.
Campaigns
At the top of the Rewards tab, you'll see Campaigns. Click on the arrow next to 'Campaigns' to view a list of active, previous, and upcoming campaigns.
To learn more about a campaign, click on it. In each campaign's page, you'll find information about:
- Timeline
- Eligibility
- What actions earn rewards
- What rewards you can earn
- Restrictions & terms
- Other rules
If you haven't joined a campaign, click 'Join campaign' on its page. You can participate in multiple campaigns at the same time, based on eligibility and campaign timeline.
Once you join a campaign, your eligible trading and actions will help you earn rewards. While MetaMask Rewards is optimized for the mobile app, trades executed on MetaMask Extension will still count toward a campaign if you are using the same, opted-in account(s). To track your progress in a campaign, head back to the campaign page on the mobile app.
The rules you find about a campaign in MetaMask Mobile are the official source of truth. Keep an eye out for your in-app notifications for updates and reminders.

Earn rewards
The 'Earn rewards' section lists ongoing rewards available to MetaMask users, such as 3% money back on MetaMask Metal Card, and a 3% bonus for converting stablecoins into mUSD.
Clicking a reward will take you out of the Rewards tab, and directly to the selected reward.
Benefits
The 'Benefits' section—powered by theMiracle—lists one-time rewards that you are immediately entitled to. If you don't see any benefits, you are not currently eligible for any active benefits at this time. Check back in the future.
To learn about benefits you see, click the arrow at the top of the list. From here, you'll see a list of benefits you can immediately claim. Click on a benefit to learn more and to claim your reward.
Most benefits will take you to a partner's website to claim your benefit. You will need to connect MetaMask to the partner's website to claim the benefit. Make sure you follow the official links in-app.
Is MetaMask Rewards available everywhere?
No. Because of geographical restrictions, eligibility for Rewards will vary based on campaign and benefit. To check if you can participate in a certain campaign, head to your 'Rewards' tab and click on it. You'll be notified if you are in an ineligible region. If you are in an eligible region, you can sign up.
I don't want to participate in the current campaign; will that impact future campaigns?
Campaigns are separate from each other. Your rewards and participation in one campaign will not impact others. If you don't like a current campaign, you can wait for one that better suits you in the future.
FAQs
Is there another season of MetaMask Rewards?
At this time, Season 1 has ended, and there are no concrete plans for future seasons. Instead, MetaMask Rewards is primarily focused on campaigns. There may be multiple campaigns running at once with different rules and rewards.
Past participation in Season 1 or campaigns may or may not be considered for future incentives.
Is MetaMask Rewards the same thing as $MASK?
No. MetaMask Rewards is focused on rewarding you for actions that you already do by partnering with sponsors. At this time, there are no plans for a $MASK token.
What data is collected for MetaMask Rewards?
