Get Linea Sepolia ETH
We recommend you head to the Linea docs to see the latest information on the best ways to get Linea Sepolia ETH.
A testnet is a network used by developers to test out their applications and smart contracts without the risk of losing real ETH. The Sepolia testnet is one of several Ethereum testnets available, and the Infura faucet allows developers to easily obtain test ETH to use in their dapps.
Get Sepolia testnet ETH
Luckily for us, requesting some Sepolia ETH is a breeze!
-
Head on over to the MetaMask Developer Sepolia faucet.
-
Connect your MetaMask wallet to start the process. You'll need to connect with an account that's already linked to a MetaMask Developer Dashboard account.
-
Once you're connected, your address will be automatically inserted into a field for requesting the testnet ETH. Feel free to paste in another address if you need. When you're ready, click the "Request ETH" button.
-
A popup will appear, confirming your transaction, and you can verify that you've received the testnet ETH by checking your wallet or the block explorer.
We highly recommend using MetaMask to interact with your Sepolia ETH, which already supports it by default. If you're not seeing your Sepolia ETH, make sure you have testnets enabled in MetaMask.
